This is the most extensive and important Tibetan-Tibetan and Tibetan-Chinese dictionary in the world. The two-volume and three-volume editions have some content discrepancies. This is a huge dictionary of about 53,000 entries.

This dictionary defines all words in Tibetan and Chinese. It is currently the most comprehensive and useful dictionary available. It is published in the People's Republic of China and has thus been traditionally difficult to purchase.
