A very poorly edited book, which shows a propensity to make up imperative verb forms, and a poor command of English. Currently the most widely used authority on verb stems. Appears to rely heavily on DAS (A Tibetan English Dictionary. Calcutta: Bengal Secretariat Book Depôt, 1902).
