High Honorific

A high honorific honors the person being addressed or talked about in a particularly "high" manner by using a specific form of a noun, adjective, or adverb that is reserved for use with highly respected persons.  Thus it contrasts to the ordinary honorific and its usage in more ordinary contexts of respect.
