Conversation

Conversation signifies ordinary verbal exchange between two or more people that is not a structured context such as an interview, spontaneous singing exchanges, or such more structured contexts of exchange.

The Open Language Archives Community (OLAC) standards combine this with "interviews" under the header of "interactive discourse".
