Conch Shell

The conch shells are found in temples shrines and blown during rituals of pacifying and magnetizing category. They are blown in pairs by junior monks and priests. The conch shells are also used in processions. In traditional societies, a conch shell is blown from the temple at dusk very evening to signal the closing of the day.
