Ume (Headless)

The Ume group of scripts which is common in Tibet was once also well known in Bhutan. Many old manuscripts in the Bhutanese temples were written in the Ume Drutsha script. However, today most Bhutanese cannot even read the scripts and refer to it as Tibetan script.
