Pebble Game

Bhutanese children played the pebble game as an entertainment. They would usually have a number of small pebbles which would be scattered on the ground. The player would then throw one pebble in the air and in the meantime collect or move the others and still catch the pebble in the air on time. The pebbles in various numbers would be thrown in the air and also made to land on the backside of the hand without letting them fall. The game has many steps and the player loses his or her turn when the pebble which is thrown in the air is not properly caught or when the pebbles on the ground are not collected or moved correctly.
