Ghost Story

The Bhutanese world is teeming with many kinds of non-human spirits. They live in the same habitat as the people, animals and birds. Fictitious stories are told about the demons spirits who eat people alive, about srondre spirits who roam at night, shindre spirits who possess people and many others. Almost all Bhutanese horror stories are about non-human spirits. Religious stories about the triumph of good over evil also contain a lot of non-human spirits.
