Sunuwar

The Sunuwar are an ethnic group of Nepal who speak a Tibeto-Burman language of the same name. According to the 2001 census of Nepal, 26,611 people speak Sunuwar as a mother tongue and there are 95,254 ethnic Sunuwar. (Mark Turin – June 01, 2004)
