Jé Tsongkhapa Lozang Drakpa established the Ölkha Chölung Monastery in the 14th century. In this monastery complex are meditation caves of Jé Tsongkhapa Lozang Drakpa as well as his eight students: Lama Jamkarwa, Neten Zan Kyongwa, Neten Rinchen Gyeltsen, Neten Jangsengwa, Tokden Jampel Gyatso, Geshé Sherapdrak, Geshé Jelpel Trashi, and Geshé Pelkyong. In the monastery are a stone where Tsongkhapa offered hundred thousand mandalas, as is a the stone upon which Tsongkhapa prostrated a hundred thousand times. Furthermore, there are other sacred objects such as the second Dalai Lama’s shoes and a stone that was 'held' by Jé Rinpoché.
