Bamboo Arms and Armour

Bhutanese used arrows and bows as the main weapons to fight battles and also to hunt animals. Both arrows and bows are made of varieties of bamboos and canes. In addition, some shields and helmuts are made of canes and traps laid to catch a wild animal or an enemy are also prepared with bamboo and cane artefacts.
