Similary, the family also throws a party to the members of the village or community by giving a feast. The ceremony is normally held in spring to make offerings and supplications and also to celebrate autumnal harvest. In some villages, it is observed for one day while in others it is observed for many days and the religious rituals differ from valley to valley.
